Position Overview

At The Todd Group, great financial planning starts with great people. We're looking for a personable, motivated Paraplanner who enjoys collaborating with others, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact on clients' financial success. This role is Full-Time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, and works in The Todd Group’s Crystal Lake, IL office.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

• Create investment proposals
• Account opening, service requests and ongoing maintenance
• Track and closely follow asset movement
• Support the financial planning process
• Keep detailed notes of client correspondence and required actions
• Other general administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years financial services experience in paraplanning, investments, etc. (required)
• Life and Health License, and Series 6/7 Registered (desired)
• Proficient with investment trading systems and processes
• Adept with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and various software, including firm-approved AI Tools
• Familiarity with financial planning tools, Wealthscape, Envestnet, DocuSign and CRM (preferred)
