Administrative Assistant

WestPoint Financial Group is assisting with the sourcing of this candidate.  The candidate will be the employee of Levine & Reid, Inc.

This position is located in office, Monday through Friday, in the O'Hare/Rosemont area.  Full-Time or Part-Time hours are available.

Levine & Reid is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide thoughtful support to both individual and business clients.  The ideal candidate will be an independent and proactive problem-solver, and will be able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  There are many opportunities for professional growth.

Duties:

  • Account set up and servicing of investments
  • Review all applications for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner
  • Prompt and professional organization skills
  • Project management with an understanding of prioritization
  • Various administrative and marketing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to and integrate new technologies
  • 2+ years administrative experience 
  • 2+ years industry experience, preferred

Salary*: $45-50,0000 annually with 6-month review
