Position Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday 

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually + Benefits

Triumph Wealth Management, a boutique wealth management firm founded in 2007, is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Operations Associate to serve as the right hand to one of our senior advisors. As part of a small and tightly knit team, you’ll play a critical role as the gatekeeper, organizer, and problem-solver, ensuring that daily operations and executive support run smoothly and efficiently. This role offers a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growing practice where every team member makes a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Calendar Management

  • Serve as the trusted gatekeeper and point of contact for the senior advisor’s communications and schedule
  • Maintain and coordinate a complex calendar; manage scheduling conflicts and prepare materials for meetings
  • Arrange Zoom and in-person meetings, conference calls, and team sessions; take minutes and track follow-ups
  • Organize incoming communications including email and mail; route and respond with discretion and timeliness

Operations & Client Service

  • Open client accounts and support ongoing account maintenance and service
  • Track and monitor business submissions and planning progress
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records and follow through on client and team action items
  • Assist in preparation of client correspondence, reports, and presentation materials

Team Coordination & Office Management

  • Act as the central hub for office operations—collaborating with team members to complete shared tasks
  • Take initiative in problem-solving and managing outstanding issues with clients and partners
  • Help maintain and enhance internal systems, workflows, and databases

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern business tech (Zoom, CRMs, databases)
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a small-team environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, advisors, and staff
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through in a fast-paced setting
  • Prior experience in financial services or professional services environment preferred
